REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
This refund policy outlines the terms under which the company (SocialRez) will provide a full or partial refund to the customer, in the event that the services requested and paid for are not provided as promised.
Please consult all terms laid out in this refund policy carefully, in order to ensure your acceptance and compliance. The customer acknowledges that upon accessing any of the services provided by the company, they express their complete consent to all terms specified in this document.
If you are unable or unwilling to accept any of the terms laid out in this refund policy, you are forbidden from accessing the services provided by the company. Should you require any clarification of these terms, please contact a member of the team at SocialRez immediately.
Please be advised that SocialRez reserves the right to withdraw this refund policy at any time and without providing notice.
Eligibility for Refunds
Our refund policy applies exclusively in instances where the products and services purchased by the customer are not delivered by the company within the agreed time-frame, entirely due to the action or inaction of the company. If SocialRez is wholly responsible for excessive delays or failure to deliver, the customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund at the company’s discretion.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact SocialRez at the earliest possible stage, if they are in any way dissatisfied with the quality or promptness of the services received. The company reserves the right to offer additional services and alternative forms of compensation, in order to address dissatisfaction or issues with delivery.
All refunds are provided exclusively at the discretion of the company and must be applied for in writing. Please submit your request for a refund to the usual SocialRez e-mail address.
Exemptions and Exclusions
Our refund policy shall be rendered null and void in the event that the customer engages in any activities that contravene any of the terms and conditions set out by the company. Should the social media accounts of the customer or the promotional campaigns provided by the company be interfered with for the duration of the campaign, the customer will surrender any right to a full or partial refund.
In addition, the SocialRez refund policy does not apply in instances where delivery is disrupted, delayed or prevented outright due to circumstances beyond our control.
This includes all technological and connectivity issues that we ourselves are not in direct control of. Once again, our refund policy only applies in instances where SocialRez is solely responsible for failure to deliver the products and services ordered within the agreed time-frame.
Cancelling the Order
If you wish to cancel your order with SocialRez, you must do so before your order has been processed and the delivery of your products has commenced. We therefore ask that if you have made any mistakes while ordering or would like to cancel your order for any reason, you do so immediately after placing your order online.
However, SocialRez is under no obligation to provide a full or partial refund once an order has been processed and/or the delivery process is underway. Please contact our customer support team by e-mail as quickly as possible after placing your order, if you would like to cancel your order and request a refund.
